Lenovo S340 what's the problem: Faulty SSD or Windows?

Good day to everyone,
please tell me, today a problem happened with a laptop (Lenovo S340-14IWL model) ... it turned off and rebooted, after rebooting I can’t run most applications, they just literally appear and disappear for a second (fortunately, Edge works and the most basic ). The same with the task manager, either does not show processes, or closes and turns off by itself. CHKDSK doesn't work either, even after a reboot there is silence...
Files are not deleted, even if they are deleted, after a reboot, everything deleted is returned back. Almost everything downloaded does not start (various repair tools, etc. are simply banned by the system supposedly incompatible). The service center says the reason is in the disk, because they tried to reinstall the OS, they didn’t let the disk go, there is no longer a guarantee, I can’t turn to Lenovo, unfortunately, and in the current situation I’m afraid it will drag on for a long time.

I'm thinking of buying a new SSD, installing Windows there and maybe it will work, but it's a little scary to make it even worse + the costs are again not small. I would like to hear your opinion on this matter, what would you do in this case? You can safely throw stones, I will take any criticism with a bang, because I am so upset by this situation, but I don’t want to sell my friend ... I would be grateful for any of your opinions, thank you all in advance.

PS It's a little surprising that the laptop works properly in principle (drivers, disk analysis for free memory, etc.), there are no more lags, there are no viruses either. The only thing is that it periodically asks for a license, after fixing the problems it restores a copy of the license online, but this does not solve the main problem.

1. Read SMART from disk. Maybe the resource ended there or something like that?
2. Download free scanner from drweb?

A universal solution is a bootable USB flash drive with Linux.

and how to read smart from the disk? except for using utilities, because I can’t even run applications ((first the microsoft defender smart screen appears, even bypassing it after writing the file is occurred. Dr. Web, well, in principle, many other antiviruses either do not find anything at all, or appear blue screen towards the end of the diagnostics (( All the same, I’m thinking of taking a chance and replacing the ssd with a new one by installing Windows on a new one ... eh
