What case cooler to choose for the server?

Subject. We need a powerful case cooler for a server with no less powerful airflow, preferably 80mm. I'm looking at an offer on ebay - I think I won't be able to connect the same cooler from IMB, HP to my own interchange. There are no datasheets for them. Who will tell you what?

If adjustment is not needed, I applied 12 volts to the Carlson, and it blows with all its dope.
