What can cause error 797?

The connection to the remote access server was not established because the modem was not found.
In the Kerio logs: "An attempt was made to establish a second high-speed connection when the device or port is already in use by the first established connection. Disconnect the first connection, and then re-establish the connection."
Server 2008 R2, Kerio Control 7.4.2 build 5136. PPPoE, two network adapters.
After a power loss, the server restarts but does not connect to the Internet.
The problem is treated if you turn off the LAN adapter and restart.
What to do, thanks in advance.

Somewhere, probably, LCPs are lost or not sent at all ... Maybe update the drivers?
