How to set up auto-authorization of connected Mikrotik devices?

Hello.
I plan to upgrade the enterprise network using Mikrotik managed switches.
One of the switches will be located in a public area (office building switchboard). I would like to avoid a situation where someone connects to a free switch port in a public place. Is it possible in Mikrotik to restrict who physically sticks objectionable devices into ethernet ports? Without doing at the same time ARP Access List on all devices in a network?

Why put a switch in a public place?
The switches are in the server room. From the switch to the workplace there is a cable terminated in a socket.
Further we fix poppies, arps, we monitor a status of ports...
Shl. I would consider whether to use Mikrotik switches....

Disable ports that will not be used... although it's okay to take out the slave cable and
plug it in. Stuff it in a lockable drawer
