What can be replaced in the computer assembly?

I have a budget of 50k. I am not familiar with computer hardware. I read the reviews, looked at the prices, the result:

Processor Intel Core i5-6500 3200MHz 6Mb TDP-65W S1151 tray (Skylake) - 17,000 rubles
Video card ASUS GF-GTX950, 2Gb DDR5, 128bit, PCI-E, 2xDVI, HDMI, DP, Retail (STRIX-GTX950-DC2-2GD5 -GAMING) - 14 350 rubles
Memory DDR3 DIMM 8Gb (2x4Gb) PC15000 1866MHz CL10 Kingston HyperX Fury (HX318C10FBK2/8) - 4 570 rubles
Power Supply 600W ATX Zalman (ZM600-GS II) - 3 960 rubles
Hard drive Western Digital 1Tb Blue 3.5" 7200rpm 64Mb SATA3 (WD10EZEX) - 4 360 rubles
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-B150M-HD3 DDR3, Socket1151, iB150, 2DDRIII, 7.1-ch, GLAN, DVI, HDMI, mATX, Retail - 5 590 rubles
Case Zalman Z1, ATX MidiTower, black (without PSU) - 3,120 rubles
Cooler Deepcool Ice Blade 100 for Socket1156/1150/1151/1155/775/FM2/FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2 /AM2/940/939/754 (95W, 32dB, Al Cu, 3-pin) - 710 rubles

Order amount - 53 660 rubles
Now I would like to know if it is better to replace something?
Maybe there is some part with similar performance, but cheaper?
So, is he going to come or not?

Memory DDR3 DIMM 8Gb (2x4Gb) PC15000 1866MHz CL10 Kingston HyperX Fury (HX318C10FBK2/8)
Ineffective for this processor.
Judging by the specification , this processor realizes its potential with DDR4-1866/2133 or DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V.
You have DDR 3 -1866, despite the coincidence of frequencies, these are all technologically different boards .
Case, add a little more and get a full tower case, only without the zalman sticker, like this for example or like this . You can get more expensive, for example, I have this, it has everything, including a lot of space, dust filters and is pasted over with a noise absorber inside, you most likely will never change such a full tower again, I checked it for myself.

It's definitely strange to see a config for that kind of money without an SSD.

Good build. I advise you to add an Intel 530 series SSD drive. You can also replace.

The processor can also be of the previous generation, the RAM is better with one bar for 8GB (then you will deliver the second one).

It would not be bad to take another SSd)
At least for Windows =)
A power supply unit with a margin of 800 is possible)))
I want to take the same cooler for myself.
A friend recently bought one on AMD FX-8350 says that it heats up to 48 in idle ...
