Ultra-budget computer for learning programming?
Good evening dear forum. Unfortunately, I do not have a computer (in 2018 then, ha) and I "program" on a tablet. Since I am a student and most of the time is spent on studying, and the rest is on programming, the only money I have is a scholarship. I understand that coding on a tablet is not coding at all, which means I need a computer. Based on my capabilities, I found several options:
1) Somehow connect the tablet (as a monitor) to the raspberry pi and try to master Linux + Python (which I am actively doing now).
2) Buy a keyboard (normal size) to the tablet and continue to write in PyDroid.
3) Buy a cheap used square monitor, connect a raspberry pi to it and again master Linux and code in Python.
At the moment, as mentioned above, I write only in Python, but later I will connect the pluses, but this will not be soon, there are still a lot of interesting things in Python. Also, I forgot to add, for some reason I can’t take a system unit (due to dimensions) and buying a laptop is also excluded, simply because it’s not exactly cheap, reliable (used, I can’t take a new one) and convenient (in terms of the keyboard). In the future, it will become easier with my studies, I will be able to get a job and then I will take a full-fledged PC, and now I ask you for help, advise and tell me an ultra-budget small-sized computer for learning programming. Also advice on everything else, because from the periphery I only have headphones.
And I'll add it again so that there are no questions. I won’t need to master computers from scratch (windows for sure), since I’m familiar with them, but for the last couple of years it hasn’t been and it won’t appear out of nowhere.

We stick the Intel Stick into a TV set (HDMI) and a wireless keyboard and mouse kit.
or such a "flash drive": Intel Compute Card

well, look at Amazon
Look for used ads with laptops. It's not a problem to burn out on a tablet (and sitting in Turkish on a bed with a laptop, in principle, too). In the end, how will you write term papers on a tablet.
You get a job at a university enikey (literally, "do you need an enikey?") - you get both pieces of iron and money and pluses in your studies.
It’s possible not to go to a university, but for food, if the company is not afraid of checking unlicensed software, then you’ll gain access to hardware + experience. Well, or as an option - after the session, you forget to study for a while and earn extra money until you save up for a used / new laptop.
Your choice is a used laptop. Or if you want ultra-budgetary, buy a keyboard for a tablet.
The truth is not clear how you are going to study Linux from the tablet. Unless you take VDS, only this is an additional expense.
There is also khadas - with a slightly cooler filling than in rapsberry. but in general for 50-70 bucks you can find a pretty decent used desktop 15 years ago. Enough for basic training.
Fuck, people don't know what to do with their old cars! Which are only good enough to be an electronic typewriter. Somewhere I have one junk sunk in the sea - I gave it away for free, no one needed it.
Look for local sites in the sections "I'll give it away" or for offices that sell all sorts of computer junk. Again, from the hands, according to the advertisements, you can buy - or pick it up for nothing. As a rule, when is it given as a gift? When it is obvious that THIS is no longer useful, but takes up space.
On Avito tons of old iron for a penny, and it is still quite suitable for work.
Experimenting with the raspberry pi is certainly interesting, but you really need a laptop. Take a loan, buy an inexpensive laptop. For web development, something weak, but reliable, will do. For example:
Laptop DELL Inspiron 3567, 15.6", Intel Core i3 6006U 2GHz, 4GB, 500GB, Intel HD Graphics 520, DVD-RW, Linux, 3567-7681, red
Cost 20k rubles, split into 12 - it will be 2k per month. I don’t know how much steppe you have, but I think it’s quite a lifting figure. You can beat off in a month on freelance with basic knowledge of python.
