What can be improved on the site?

Good afternoon, a website has been created for an original and unusual gift - euro paintings. What can be improved, completed or redone in your opinion?

shevalex78 , not really.
1) A lot of italic text with fonts a la "school presentation in power point".
2) Huge carousels do not have time to load, but scrolling with the mouse works. If you continue to scroll without waiting for loading (which the user does not hint at, I saw it by accident), then at this time the slider may turn out to be empty at all, although the dots hint that something is scrolling.
3) The effect of hovering the mouse over the cards with the "get europicture" button (changing the height of the card) pulls the entire bottom of the site back and forth, although it should not.
4) Repeating background images not only in the header. Check all backgrounds.
5) The timer-changing frame reminds of sites that are not far from the zero years. When it was possible to stick flash and shiny gifs.
6) The "Request a call" button half dissolves into a golden background. The same goes for the readability of italic text.
7) 7 blocks with icons in the header (the best gift, an unusual gift, ...) show that they are made for navigation. Or at least interact. But definitely not for the hover heartbeat effect. Against their background, the real menu in the header fades into the background and is not even immediately noticed.
8) The delivery and payment page is generally taken as if from another site. No need to stick sliders there. If the user went to the delivery, most likely, he already saw what he wanted, and now he just wants to see the conditions, and not collect them on several screens.
I summarize. The site needs a thorough redesign, starting with the design and layout of layouts for different resolutions. What I noted - I did not seek out, but spent 3-4 minutes on the site, clicking on the links, and only the desktop version. Most likely, these are not all the shortcomings that should be corrected.

You should make an important clarification - for what purpose are you asking this? What is your task?
Make a selling site to cut money on these pictures?
Learn to design websites?
Learn to code websites?
Become a multi-machine, riveting turnkey websites?
Maybe something else altogether?
Depending on this, the constructive answer to your question can be very, very different.

I watch from my phone.
Ideally, when loading the first screen, there would immediately be offer
1. Logo would do less, remove social network icons in the burger menu, and make the phone a clickable handset icon.
2. Title fonts are too big to fit on the screen. And in general, I would reduce the font on phones - it would be more accurate.
3. In the block with dies, I would add an indent - the text is cramped, the letters rest against the edges. The same problem on the buttons in the form with options for paintings and prices.
4. On the block with stages, the background junction is visible.
5. Photos with mobile Internet are loaded for a long time.
