How to properly set up a workspace for a WEB layout on a monitor with a high resolution?

Tell me, how do you work on monitors with higher resolution? For example, I have a working machine with a resolution of 5K and, accordingly, if I set the layout, for example, 1800x1200 and resolution 72, then at 100% everything is very small (it is impossible to work). The only option (more or less) is to work at 200% zoom . https://yadi.sk/i/FfHNIHeP35iwZp (the screenshot for the real size most likely needs to be halved).
There is an option to double the resolution to 144 (and increase the size by 2 as well). But there is a problem with the real size for the layout designer. I also need to increase the font size to be visible. Example: https://yadi.sk/i/FgNlEvol35j3KK(the screenshot for the real size most likely needs to be halved). But here all the photos and similar graphics will immediately be retina ready (!?) I
also see the 3rd option. The resolution is 144, and the size should be 1800x1200 and work with a zoom of 200% . In this mode, fonts and elements coincide with reality (essentially the same as the first option, but the retina is redi (?!))

How do you work and what do you recommend? Thank you )

Same problem on macbook retina displays. Solved by 200% zoom. Or using Sketch/Illustrator instead of Photoshop.
