What can be done to make the windows 10 virtual machine start working normally in a virtual box?

Hello. I have a computer with windows 10 x64. Amd ryzen 3 3100, 16gb RAM, rx 570 4gb, mother - Gigabyte b450 ds3h (rev. 1.0) I needed to install a virtual machine
via virtual box.
Installed ubuntu first. She did not want to start right away, because virtualization was disabled in the BIOS. Enabled. Everything worked great.
Then, it was required to install the same windows 10 x64, only virtually. Before starting the process of copying and installing Windows files, everything worked fine. As soon as copying began, fierce friezes appeared. Installed Windows for more than an hour. When it was installed, in order to open a folder, I had to wait about 2 minutes, plus the cursor twitched a lot. I allocated resources for the virtual machine without sparing: 4-8 GB of RAM, 2-4 threads from the processor, video memory to the maximum - the result is the same. I tried different checkboxes to select in the virtual box, install on ssd and hdd (allocated 30 GB in both cases), it seems I have already tried everything, nothing helps. help me please

@Throw_away

In general, I reserved more memory (50GB) for the virtual machine and freed up another 100 on the disk, everything worked. Thank you all for your attention.

Is hardware virtualization enabled? On my similar motherboard (Gigabyte B450M S2H), it was disabled by default, I had to enable it in UEFI, in the MIT > Advanced frequency settings > Advanced CPU settings > SVM Mode section (they put it there).
UPD: I already see that it is enabled, but let the answer remain for those who will google and not guess how to enable it.
