What can be applied to solve these problems?

Now I'm doing an online store, which is the theme of DP.
Almost the entire front-end was rolled up, but the back remained.

There was an acute question of how to search the site catalog, register and authorize and add goods to the cart with Crud (admin panel?).
I heard that the layout can be uploaded to cms and further make the site dynamic.

What can be applied to solve / where to dig to implement at least the basic functionality of the tasks described above?

1. Do everything in PHP yourself. The tasks are not very difficult.
2. Use the laravel framework.
In both cases, you need to know the php language. And there are no ready-made solutions.
