Can you suggest a good system for creating courses of lessons and so on?

I want to create a site where I will train people, but I don't know a good one. So that it contains a purchase, etc. through qiwi, etc. or, for example, a robokassa. Preferably with Russian

"I want a site where I will teach everyone and take loot" - there is no such thing. There are online stores where you can order goods. The product can be an e-book or account access to something. But you didn’t even deign to indicate exactly how you will teach - come personally, upload videos, conduct webinars ..
Write a detailed technical task, as you imagine it, contact freelance, they will write you the way you want.

If it's free, then I think it's best to use joomla.
Joomla has a lot of material to learn, it is intuitive, there are a huge number of free modules and components.
Well, either wordpress - for articles, I think, it will also be normal
