How to implement a school website?

Ordinary school. They want a site. I can do it on wp, but I'm too lazy to make up separate pages and deal with all this garbage. In addition, when I leave, no one will deal with them. In general, we need a system for complete zeros in website development, i.e. constructor
Recommend a website builder. Ucoz is expensive 8 bucks per month total 96 bucks + domain. In rubles 5600 + 550 = 6100 rubles. in year. It seems to be not much, but will they agree?
Basically, I need some advice.

If no one is doing it, then there is no need to do anything.
As a last resort, use a constructor. At least they keep the software up to date. The conditional WP will become obsolete and overgrown with holes in half a year.

Find a ready-made template, they will need to change articles and pages there. Enough for the eyes. Can't they figure it out in the admin?

wp (freebie) + yellow pencil ($25 one-time) + free template (freebie) + wp auto-update hosting (from 0 to 60 rubles / month) = deal with YP 15 minutes, then just update the glagne and write articles without getting into the code .

Get uCoz. For the school website, the use of the constructor + domain connection will be free. After creating the site, send a request to technical support and they will disable ads on the site.
There are other options besides Yukoz: https://uguide.ru/kak-sozdat-sajt-shkoly-ili-uchitelja but they are frankly not a fountain.
