What browser extensions are there so that you can easily add an unfamiliar English word to study?

Hello! Decided to study English. At work, I constantly read English articles, etc., but the words are not remembered. I am looking for a free online service for learning unfamiliar, English words. It is necessary that I can easily replenish my vocabulary from the extension in the browser (by simply highlighting the word), and then I would calmly train on the site or through the mobile application.
What you need:
1. Extensions for any browser
2. Online service for training words, and for training it is desirable that there are various tasks (from English to Russian, from Russian to English, enter the word in full, listening). Similar services slovoych.ru/, https://lingualeo.com/ru
3. Mobile application for Android. Preferably. so that you can work offline (we went online, loaded the words, and then we train them offline)
What I have already watched:
1. Lingvoleo - fits perfectly, only for adding a word you need to give a meatball, for which you need to pay
2. Slovuch - also fits, only everything works buggy and the project seems to be abandoned
altogether 2. lingua.ly - the site has a not very advanced mechanism for training words, the mobile application constantly needs internet
3. vocabla.com - the site does not have a very advanced mechanism for training words, you need to pay for a mobile application
4. myVocabu - there is no full-fledged site and mob. applications.
5. Anki
Thanks in advance
UPD.
The best solution I've found is to install a wrapper program for GoldenDict dictionaries. It can be configured in such a way that it will translate any selected word from anywhere. From the browser, from pdf, from Word, etc. Dictionaries for it need to be downloaded separately (finding is not a problem). If I want to remember a word, I copy it to Anki, which is also installed on the computer. Anki syncs with your phone so you can learn words later on your phone

On Lingvaleo, meatballs can be earned by completing quests, getting achievements and completing the plan. That is, in fact, you need to use it to add new words.

Partially fits memrise .
Unfortunately, I haven't seen any browser extensions.
Application for iOS, Android.
The sound can only be heard after selecting a word (if there is sound in principle, but for English, I'm sure many courses have sound there).
The course can be downloaded and used offline.

Forgot to update. Now I use the Anki service (available on all platforms). With the Anki Adder Plus extension , I take the translation from various sources (google, lingvo, etc.).
