Network paths in Google Chrome?
Google Chrome can open not only sites using the "http" and "https" protocols, but also local .html files. To open sites from local storage, a link in the format " file:/// " is used. And how to open .html files located in shared folders and on network resources?

No way. The developers didn’t get their hands on it: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail...
Although they have been asked for this for 11.5 years.
In the same place, 5 years ago, they mention an extension, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/file-sys...
which seems to partially solve the problem, but I have not tried it, so I will not advise.
Upd. No-no-no, if you mount a network resource to a folder or map it to a drive letter, then the same file:/// should work without any problems.
