What brands/models of industrial switches do you recommend?

4. of which at least 5 gigabit,
   
5. of which at least 3 PoE 48V
   
6. Will have 3 VLANs
   
7. Will work with Ethernet/IP
   
8. On the other side of the wire is Ubiquiti Unifi equipment
   
9. For installation in a cabinet in a dusty workshop. The cabinet is secure, but I would like the minimum IP-rate to be
   
10. In conditions of interference from welding equipment

I took a quota for Cisco, it turned out 7 thousand Australian dollars for 3300 with 8 ports + 8PoE on the extension. I would like 2-3 times cheaper.
