How to configure CISCO C2960 48TT-S?

Good afternoon!
Available CISCO C2960 48TT-S with 4 VLANs (networks: 10.0.1.*, 10.0.2.*, 10.0.3.*, 10.0.4.*). Network with approximately 60 PCs.
How to set up the equipment so that it can distribute the Internet (from a gigabit interface) to all 4 Vlans and have access from 3 networks to servers in 4 networks.
Since I am new to network technologies, please do not kick much;)
If I understand correctly, layer 3 switches are involved in this action, and this one belongs to the second one.
Is there a chance to resolve the situation through this piece of iron?

Switches do not know how to NAT. Topikstarter needs a router. I would suggest mikrotik 951 series
