Is it possible to connect in a ring - a router, two managed switches, through an unmanaged one?

Greetings!
There are two managed switches Ubiquiti TOUGHSwitch PoE TS-5-POE and unmanaged D-Link DGS-1008P/C . Is it possible to connect the following equipment in a ring: Mikrotik (eth2) <-> TS-5-POE <->DGS-1008P <-> TS-5-POE <-> Mikrotik (eth3)?
