There is a777mp.ru website, which is also dedicated to protecting the car number from cameras. A week ago, a letter from the nic.ru hoster arrived:
“Under the ..../NIC-D agreement, you are provided with a777mp hosting service. We received a notification from Roskomnadzor about the presence of illegal content on the page a777mp.ru/magnit-na-nomer.html.
Due to numerous requirements of Roskomnadzor, the hosting service has been suspended in accordance with paragraphs. 10.1, 10.4, 8.1. Hosting Service Regulations: http://www.nic.ru/dns/contract-zao/sup1_10_host.html.”
I removed all content from the page. Hosting has resumed. A day later, the representative of the hoster writes that I should delete the entire page and not just the content, and after a few hours, the hosting is blocked again. I also delete the page completely, but in response I receive this letter:
“You need to clean the site of illegal content completely, or delete the site entirely. In this case, we will be able to restore the functionality of the web server.”
To my letters that I have fulfilled the requirements to remove content on a specific page, why they blocked the hosting, they recommend contacting Roskomnadzor.
I wrote to the RKN, but I think I will wait a long time for an answer.
What is the best way to do it? Transfer domain or wait for a response?
I would also like to challenge the decision of the court, advise a lawyer on this topic!
