How are online prototyping services like moqups.com, uxpin.com, hotgloo.com created?

I wonder how such online services are created?
What do you need to know and what software products and environments to use to create a similar service?
I take such services as examples under consideration.
moqups.com
uxpin.com
hotgloo.com
www.protoshare.com
www.cacoo.com
iplotz.com
www.mockflow.com
https://pidoco.com
www.flairbuilder.com
Please tell me who knows.

Protko @Fesor

javascript (canvas / svg for drawing elements, but it's up to you to base the logic on) for the client and something for the server (php / ruby / python). Well, you need at least some experience in this area (without having an idea about the process of designing interfaces, prototyping them, I think it will be difficult to create a normal service for this).

@Motor5

The architecture of such projects is interesting. Where does javascript end and php/python/ruby start
