What books would you recommend on network security?
Recommend good books on programming in networks and security of computer networks, I don’t really know anything about networks, so literature for beginners is desirable, thanks in advance)

Generally speaking, the question is quite general, if you specify it (what and for what purpose you need to study), it will be easier to answer.
Regarding security, in my opinion, you should first study the design of the networks / protocols themselves, and only then, as a derivative of this, security aspects.
A couple of universal recommendations:
1) Wendell Odom. CCNA course books.
2) Jeff Doyle. Routing TCP/IP. (at least the first chapters of the four volumes I)
3) Stevens. TCP / IP Illustrated, Volume I. Volume II covers, among other things, the programming (implementation) of protocols.
4) Pearlman. Interconnections.
If there is little experience, then it is better to read fewer books (I recommend paragraphs 1.2), but to do more practical work.
