How to watch Internet TV on Samsung Smart TV as easily as cable TV (need easy navigation for parents)?

Such situation:

  • There is a Samsung Smart TV.
  • There are parents who need TV.
  • There is an Internet, the speed of which is not a pity.
  • There is no money for a separate service "TV".
  • The service "TV" was paid separately for a long time. That is, parents are accustomed to controlling TV just like TV without any "Smart" (it's strange why they bought smart then) and changing the purpose of the buttons will already be a tragedy, not to mention the inability to open the browser and find the broadcast of your favorite channel, we use the "Silent" button studied for 3 months. It would be ideal when you turn on the TV to immediately get to the desired interface without the need to press additional buttons to open the TV application (most likely it will not be possible without an external device).
  • The list of channels must match the local catalog so that there is no "You're wasting money, but my favorite channel is no more."

I think the situation is clear, now about the solution:
  • Of course, it would be very good to implement everything in the application. There is no question of writing an application. Question about solutions. Although the application is unlikely to be able to implement 1 important point - autorun.
  • A small chromecast-sized device will do. With the ability to capture the TV remote via HDMI and access to the Internet also via HDMI. That is, Web--->Ethernet--->TV--->HDMI--->device.

Yes, yes, I understand, I want a lot. If you know if this is possible - tell me, if you don't know - it's better to be silent than to share your pessimistic views.

You have a strange smart TV, I have TV open by default on lg, the signal comes from a satellite without a receiver, the TV supports dvb-s2. Mom mastered it in a couple of hours
