Here is IETester. Supports IE from 5.5.
There are some bugs, but www.my-debugbar.com/wiki/IETester/HomePage is good for testing the site

In version 11 of Internet Explorer, press F12 and you will see options for switching between versions.
Accurate and "clean" testing requires a virtual machine.
