How to remove ads krut1news.ru from the browser?

None of the programs gave the expected result.
I tried AdwCleaner, SpyHunter, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, also cleaned the registry with all sorts of utilities, reset chrome settings, but this muck still pops up in the browser.
