Why can't I edit styles in the developer console in the browser?

It's already pissing me off. If I refresh the page with the console enabled, I cannot edit styles from the developer console. Such a problem in all browsers, only on one html page. Please help, I can't type!

most likely a browser glitch, it’s the same for me, sometimes it shows inline, sometimes it doesn’t show

It worked - I updated the page and again you can change the styles.
