What books to read on audio analysis?

What books would you recommend reading on audio analysis? Perhaps there are even some using python. In Russian, of course, it would be nice, but as I understand it, there are practically no such books in our language.
And I'm not talking about speech recognition, but about sound recognition (for example, generating tags for audio recordings, recognizing the sound of a shot in the general audio stream).
