How do attackers find out passwords?

After all, it is unrealistic to find out the password, say, from an Instagram account, if the user only logs in through the official application on the phone, does not install applications not from Google Play, and does not use public Wi-Fi networks. How do they even steal an account, even if the user has not enabled two-factor, is it still difficult to find out the password?
