What books are worth buying in paper form?

I did not hold a paper book in my hands for two years. On 23 they presented a certificate to the bookstore. I can’t imagine what to buy so that the money is not thrown to the wind.

I now buy three types of books in paper:

  1. The fact that he read avidly from the screen and was delighted with the work of the author;
  2. Multi-volume editions, which I do not have in full;
  3. Iconic world-famous textbooks that are simply a pleasure to have in a professional collection.

"Write, Cut" is a useful book that is officially available only in paper form.

Something collectible, a good edition of a classic, a favorite or favorite book in a good edition. I personally think that in our time it makes sense to take something for the collection on paper, but it’s easier to read in e-mail and it’s much more convenient for me personally.

Buy either something collectible or a good children's book. Their own will appear - there will be something to read together.

Something that you can read and reread many times (that is, the most important books for you).
Or something that you can read all your life ("Science of Logic" by Hegel, for example).
The main thing is in a good edition, because the whole point of a paper book is how it feels.
