Can you give a simple book on how the Internet works?

Give me some simple book on how the Internet works, which is suitable for a teapot, because I tried to read a book on a computer. Tanenbaum's networks, but when it came to the very explanation, I realized that I had moved into a state where you distinguish words, but do not delve into them at all, forgetting every previous word you read. If there are no such books, then give advice on how to make it easier for yourself to read such books, because it is too difficult to understand.

Quite good for an adult, although the name is "Networks for the smallest":

More difficult, but clear and excellent course of a certified network specialist:

(don't let the Cisco brand confuse you, the network theory is still common for everyone)

If you want the simplest possible explanation, just google "how the internet works". You won't find 20-line explanations in books. From myself I can offer "Computer networks. Principles, technologies, protocols" by Oliferov.

Read two protocols: TCP/IP and HTTP.
