Please advise actual books on Angular 2 for the current time. I don't want to waste time on outdated/poorly disclosed information. Thank you!

There are no books, since Angular is updated faster than the documentation itself. Here either off. documentation, or video lessons, for example from ITVDN, good lessons, though paid ones. Of the free ones, you can find it on youtube, as an option, the Academind channel, but you can also find Russian-language ones
