What book is this excerpt from, "Writing Emulator Programs"?

I found an interesting article - Writing emulator programs .

From it I realized that this is an excerpt from some book:

Step 1. Finding information about the emulated system
First, you need to collect all possible information about the system for which you are going to write an emulator. This information includes complete information about the CPU, video processor, I/O ports, address space allocation, and more. Some of the necessary information is presented in this book , the rest is available via the Internet.

But I did not find links and references to the book in the article. I also googled individual sentences enclosed in quotation marks - zero results. Does anyone know what book this is?
