For C, I would recommend The C Programming Language by Kernighan and Ritchie, a very good book, one might say a classic of the genre.
According to Python, in my opinion, there are very, very few good books, especially in Russian. Although with basic knowledge of other languages, official documentation should suffice. And so, you can watch Zed's LPTHW , but there is no translation into Russian ...

Dive into Python is still good, there seems to be a Russian translation. For JavaScript, you can read javascript.ru

There is nothing better in C than Expert C Programming , unfortunately it is not available in Russian.
