Where do you buy paper books on IT in English?

Colleagues, I am interested in English-language bookstores (except Amazon), which have a large selection of IT literature, in particular on project management, flexible methodologies, usability and social services, and which have inexpensive delivery to the Russian Federation by regular mail (not DHL, etc. ).

Why not Amazon? It is the American that does not have regular delivery, while the British (amazon.co.uk) deliver excellently by regular mail, verified by myself. And they seem to have the same range.

www.bn.com - Barnes and Noble, cheaper shipping than amazon.com.
www.betterworldbooks.com - earlier they charged $4 for delivery, now it's almost free + there is a search in libraries, it's not very relevant for us, but the option is still interesting. :)

myself, but the Irish recommended it to me as an alternative to Amazon
