"Kernighan, Ritchie - C Programming" is not the most complete, but a good book nonetheless

Herbert Schildt - The Complete Reference to C
Designed as a reference for all C programmers, this book details all aspects of the C language and its library of standard functions. The main focus is on the ANSI/ISO C language standard. Both C89 and C99 are described. Particular attention is paid to taking into account the characteristics of translators.
Studied at University C with this book!
