What bag (messenger bag) for 13'' laptop can you recommend?

I am looking for a versatile bag for the whole day. For a laptop, documents and other things ...
From the requirements, it is desirable to be able to place the following:

1) a place for a laptop from 13 inches (lenovo x230)
2) a place for A4 papers / files
3) a place for small things (charging, phone keys, etc. .)
4) a place for small clothes and breakfast

Two types of socks on the belt - horizontal and vertical (there are handles), a belt with a backing, belt locks are dynamic. For my 13" dell vostro v131, there is enough capacity - the bag does not "swell". The pens are hidden in external pockets.
Backpack «Oventure». The surface is water-repellent, but if you wet it for a long time, it gets wet too. Inside laptop pocket. External pocket for any cables. The straps are good, but not anatomical. Back ventilation is normal. Due to the fact that the laptop is pressed against the back of the backpack, the weight is not felt.
In my memory, there was only one good waterproof Tucano Slim bag. But the belt locks were rigid and the bag did not differ in capacity (even for 13 ").

I have a 15 inch laptop and I did not carry it in this bag. But 13 is easy to wear there. There is no compartment purely for paper, but in the department for a laptop, daddies get along normally. Folder for papers with a shoulder strap. These include 14". Better leather, representative. But other than papers, it will not go there if there are no external pockets. But it’s not necessary, these are things of different functions - you can’t really put a folder with breakfast on your knees when opening a laptop ...
