But even FHD video from Youtube is a problem for him, because it loads the processor, not the graphics. What to do? Not only YouTube concerns, I also tried hdrezka, the same thing is there.

Firefox 40% CPU - 30% GPU (constant)
Chrome 60% CPU - 15% GPU (single-shot)
Vivaldi (Chromium) 80% CPU - 24% GPU (single-shot)
