What audio player can play audio by bar?

I'm looking for a player that will allow you to split an audio file into separate measures (or time segments) that will be played by pressing a key on the keyboard. Is there such a thing in nature?

No, there is no such thing. Splitting into bars requires audio analysis, and this is costly on the fly.
There is an invalid option: in theory, an audio file may have a BPM tag. Then, if it is filled in correctly, you can add a functional that, taking into account the characteristics of the stream and the value in the tag, will play a piece of audio equal to one measure in length. But this option still does not take into account the time offset. If the rhythm starts at a point in time that is odd in bar length, everything will slip.
If you need such an opportunity to, say, learn a song, then the easiest option is to google its exact tempo, create a project with such a tempo in some audio studio and throw an audio file into the project, carefully setting the beginning of the rhythm relative to the grid. Then it will be possible to mark regions, loop them, etc.
If the tempo is not Googled, then many audio studios have tempo analyzers. It will be necessary to carefully note the distance between the measures, and the software will give the BPM value.
