I'm considering Dropbox. In principle, it is possible. Google Play also gives you 20,000 tracks to download. But I won't be able to listen to my friends and I'm not sure that my library won't be cleared tomorrow.
One of the criteria is that Ubuntu and Android clients are required. Inexpensive place.

I also use Google Music. So far I haven't found anything better. It is especially pleasing that the media library is always at hand on a phone or tablet, I wanted to listen - I went to a cafe, drank coffee, and in the meantime the album had already been downloaded to the device. Heard enough - deleted from the device. And the player on the PC works wherever there is a browser.

Yandex.Music + Yandex.Disk
You upload music to a disk, from there you can listen to it for free in i.music for android. I don’t use it myself (because I have already switched to google music), but if I do it now, I would do it that way.
