What are the types of AMD Ryzen packages?

I found two main types of packages:
1) Cubic package
2) Rectangular box - by eye - half cubic
What is the difference between them? Why do they cost about the same and why do they not write the type of packaging on store websites? Some stores are limited to the inscription BOX, but no more.

Maybe Ryzen, of course, has some specifics, but usually processors are divided by the presence / absence of a cooler in the kit. If there is a cooler - it's BOX, if not - OEM. Well, the difference in price because of this.
