Why is integrated graphics overtaking discrete graphics in glmark2 and glxgears?

Good day!
I'm new to ubuntu, I'll be glad for any help
Ubuntu 14.04 is installed on the laptop, with graphics

  • 00:01.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Trinity [Radeon HD 7600G]
  • 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Mars [Radeon HD 8730M] (rev ff)

Installed proprietary drivers:
sudo apt-get install fglrx
everything went well, the discrete card immediately turned on, the laptop started making a lot of noise
glmark2 results:
  • Integrated graphics 1376
  • Discrete Graphics 368

in glxgears, the integrated one also overtakes the discrete one.
Actually, even without proprietary drivers, the integrated one overtook in these tests.
Is there anything else to check?
Or is that how it should be?

I think the problem is in the drivers. Check the same on Windows.

By the way, the same thing on a laptop with win 10 R5 M200 cards are more productive than R7 =) although there are less frequencies and memory.
