How to assign a graphics card to an application in HP ProBook 4540s C4Y89EA?

I have an HP ProBook 4540s C4Y89EA laptop with two graphics cards. The first is the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000. The second is the external AMD Radeon HD 7650M.
Integrated is used by default. It is not entirely clear how to assign an external video card to individual applications for better performance.
Who faced this - tell me, please.
Thank you.

When running an application that requires the extra power of an AMD performance graphics card, systems with Dynamic Graphics Device Switching technology seamlessly switch to that graphics card and then turn it off when it is no longer needed.
Switching to AMD graphics depends on application profiles. If the application does not have such a profile, you can assign the graphics card manually:
Right-click on the desktop and select Catalyst Control Center.
From the Power drop-down menu, select Switchable Graphics Device.
Click Browse and navigate to a program to select it.
To select the graphics card to be used with this application, click Power Save or Performance.
