Why is hp m127fw not being detected over the network in windows?

I install the driver downloaded from the office. Site hp as soon as it comes to choosing the type of connection there is a problem. It does not find the MFP in any network, if you connect via usb everything is fine. I turned off the firewall and antivirus and tried it on clean windows 7 and 8.1. The device itself pings and you can go to its web interface. The most interesting thing is that everything was installed on the poppy without problems and works fine. Problem on windows with wired and wireless network. If anyone has come across this problem, please help me with advice.
