How to fix "Turn Windows features on or off" blank window error?
Sfc /scannow did not reveal any errors, and changing the CSDVersion value in the registry also did not give any results.

The display of components in this window is determined by the %SystemRoot%\Inf\Sysoc.inf file - see what you have with it.
