Reset your computer?

Hey! OS - Windows 10. I want to return the computer to its original state, they write on the Internet that you can save personal files, but I still don’t understand what will happen to drive D. I have one HDD on my computer divided into two partitions, drive C and D, if I will I return the computer to its original state, will all the files on drive D remain or not?
