What are the separate headphone volume controls?

Hello!
You need a separate volume control for the left and right ear. Like the Sennheiser HZR 62, but not out of production. Or something similar.
Or headphones with such a built-in regulator: necessarily wired and preferably not much heavier than 200 grams
Thank you in advance!
I'm looking for a day - to no avail. Either out of stock or 5 pieces (need a lot more).
