How to connect two pairs of headphones to a TV?

Available:
TV DEXP F48D7000K with standard audio output connected to TV box H96 MAX plus via HDMI. Both devices do not have bluetooth.
Desire:
Watch a movie together at a later time with headphones, so as not to disturb the sleepers.
Situation:
Of course, you can use a regular splitter

. However, different headphones with different impedance and volume will work at different volumes, which is not an option. Of course, you can buy 2 pairs of identical headphones, but if at least one fails, the whole idea becomes unusable. Yes, and I would not want to buy another pair of headphones, because there are so many of them and I would like to use them.
Using any mixer is already too much, and the wires are not very encouraging, despite the small distance to the TV (about 2 m)
There are also two pairs of bluetooth headphones, but how to connect them? Is there such a device for multiple headphones? I could not find or formulate the correct search query.
Maybe there are other interesting solutions?

There are similar adapters with volume control .
Actually, using this splitter, you can also connect bluetooth headphones without any problems through this kind of device , of course you will need 2 of them.

Two Bluetooth headphones can be connected via a transmitter that connects to an optical or 3.5 headphone output. Good quality (and inexpensive) transmitters are made by UGreen, look on Aliexpress, the link may no longer be working.
