What are the resources for project manager development?

I welcome everyone.
A little background: for several years now I have been working as a project manager, I have encountered various situations and projects, I have learned from my own mistakes somewhere, read something from books. There is almost no new knowledge and experience from the management and colleagues, I study everything in the course of my own practice.
Recently, there is a sense of stagnation in terms of prof. development, because projects, in general, are of the same type (develop a website, mobile application) and the approach to them has also already been worked out (set tasks, write technical specifications, draw up a work plan).
I tried to watch several courses for project managers, but there was some kind of nonsense for beginners or superficial knowledge in the technical field, nothing interested me.

Therefore, I decided to ask a question here, maybe someone faced a similar situation and found a way to solve it?

Project management - usually often people who are so experienced that they no longer need such courses in vain. When they develop in leadership positions ... I don’t even want to imagine xD (sorry for offtopic), but alas, this is so.
As for the topic itself, there is the "Project management" area. Otherwise, this is just a collection of extensive and accumulated over the years knowledge of the leadership.

How can you develop:

  • Subject area
  • Project Management Theory
  • Team management

Subject area.
For example, you manage projects in an outsourcing studio, then here you can develop more into your topic. Understand how servers work, how different components interact, how the front / back works, how the API works, etc.
Theory of project management.
This is an unplowed field. There is PMBoK (version 6, the 7th seems to be released in the winter), in fact it is more of a reference book than a textbook, but it is very voluminous and complex. You can buy a PMP preparation course. Guys with such a certificate are very respected in the market. You can go towards the British PRINCE2, and also pass the certificate.
Team management.
The most chilling part. In most companies, the manager manages the team and their moods. People management is also a big topic. There are thousands of books, courses and speakers too. You can watch different open courses/videos (from the popular Friedman), you can also buy a course. Personally, I recommend the School of Managers Stratoplan, they give intelligible tools for working with people that can be implemented even tomorrow.
PS You can also swing in time management, but this is not about project management.
PSS Pass interviews in other companies to understand what skills you lack and are required in the market.
