First you need to become sociable and charismatic. Then read about the Agile methodology (this is when they go to the bathhouse with the customer). You also need to be able to make beautiful presentations with cats and nyashes. IT people love cats and nyash!

IT projects are a flexible concept. There is software development, there is consulting, there is system integration, etc. First, for general development, look at this introductory course pmlead.ru/youtube.html Then it will become clearer what is worth spending time on.
1. Choose a "heavy" methodology depending on the realities of the market and your own needs. Most likely it will be PMI PMBoK. PRINCE2 and others are much less common. There is nothing wrong with reading PMBoK (600 pages). The standard itself is only 60 pages long. The rest of the book (400 pages) is about how to understand the standard and how to use it.
Further, if necessary, it is worth looking at additional PMI books that are mentioned in PMBoK and more fully reveal any topic. For example PMI Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structures.
2. View additional
CompTIA Project+ industry standards https://certification.comptia.org/training/self-st...
IEEE https://ddintsis.com/templates/ieee-standards-temp...
GOST 34, 19 and etc.
3. View agile guides. According to statistics, 60% of projects implemented using agile methodologies were conducted using Scrum. The new 6th edition of PMBoK, coming out this year, will be more about agile approaches (a draft of the book is now available).
4. Learn more about private topics. For example:
"Requirements for software: recommendations for collecting and documenting" Ilya Kornipaev. Quite a small book, sufficient for educational program.
Project Documentation Guidewww.pmdoc.ru/pmdoc_guide_issued
"Systems Engineering for Dummies" https://habrahabr.ru/company/ibm/blog/216307/
You can peep a lot of interesting things from NASA. SysML type presentations for project managers.
A bunch of infographics on Pinterest.
A bunch of thematic presentations on SlideShare.
For general development, it will not hurt to implement this development plan www.it-agency.ru/academy/jedi-plan There are SMART tasks and other basics.
