What are the requirements for a junior developer?

I would like to know your opinion. I am a junior frontender, not to say that I am a beginner, but at all previous places of work I was engaged in layout and some scripts to enliven the interface. I studied js for myself. In total, I worked in this mode for about a year and a half. After doing a few small projects on React, I decided to change jobs in order to learn by doing. I went for an interview at the company and they accepted me. In addition to me, a good level front-ender also worked there. He reviewed my code and supervised me (the fact that I was a junior and came to study was discussed at the interview). Everything was going well, but a month later this guy quit and the whole front fell on me. We started to miss the deadlines (the task is to transfer a large online store to react). And now I want to know your opinion. I constantly jambs with inattention, I can’t set myself a deadline for completing a task, I always fail. I made about 10 page templates - the team leader (aka backend programmer) told me to test them myself. I caught a few bugs, but when he released them, a decent amount of jambs got out. I corrected them for several days, the deadlines for the main tasks, respectively, are being delayed. Tim really doesn't like this, I'm afraid they will fine me. I've been late after work a few times.
I would like to know your opinion. Is it really my problem, I really mess up and sometimes with the assembly and I don’t meet the deadlines, or my work experience, in principle, should not be enough (I’m in programming for the third month).
