Whom to go to work in 30 years if they don’t take anywhere?

I am 30 years old, recently faced with a job search, and to be honest, I don’t even know what to do anymore, I decided to ask a question here, hoping to get useful advice on how to be in my situation.
Basically, I'll start over. Until 2010, by a lucky chance, I had a chance to get a job in an unremarkable online store, where I had to deal with all sorts of different small things to support it, fix a little article on seo, write some tags, set up adwords a little, fix some minor glitch in the code , fill in with goods, make a picture in Photoshop, etc. I didn’t study this anywhere, I purely did it as best I could, someone suggested it, somewhere I found out the information myself. In general, the work is not dusty, with little pay. So I worked there for 3 years, after which, due to the new location of this office, I had to leave there. I didn’t look for work, I decided to try to work as a freelancer, I chose the direction of website design, I started from scratch, at first I did it for free and badly, then it started to turn out, orders went, there were regular customers, it started to spin, I liked it, so I worked for 4 years remotely, learned to draw layouts, landing pages and multi-pages at the level of the quality of Russian-speaking freelance. I recently decided to leave freelancing, because. project prices have become extremely low, competition in this niche is extremely high.
Now I go to interviews (for several months already) in different companies, everywhere there are requirements for a wagon and a small cart, if this is a design, then you need to draw not only layouts, but also a logo, branding, printing, and it’s better to be able to make up, if it’s seo, then for me, this is generally a dark forest, tk. you need to own new programs and online services, buying links and optimizing sites seems to be of little interest to anyone, if this is work in a similar online store where I worked, then employers are mainly interested in writing articles, which I would not like to do.
In general, I ask for advice in which direction it is worth moving in order to at least catch on somewhere, where you should not poke your nose at all, I am already ready to work for the minimum wage, just so as not to die of hunger and there is some prospect of learning something - then over the next few years to be at least a little in demand in the future.

Become a master at anything you can and you'll be in demand.

I will answer again not at the cash desk:
As practice and harsh realities show, people who are not ready to pay, but who want to get rich, have no understanding of real labor costs: they only compare requests and the market.
Therefore, the more you invest in self-promotion and personal promotion, the easier it will be to get money (you can’t say otherwise).
And now a little - to the cashier:

if they don't get anywhere
it means you do not meet the requirements or greatly overestimate your rate.
Try to find the problem and fix it: self-education / self-development, start with a small salary to gain experience (learn).

All IT professions will be in demand in the near future. And determine the specific direction yourself, what exactly interests you more or works better. Familiarize yourself at least superficially with all directions.
In the absence of fundamental knowledge and skills, you will probably have to start with a low-paid job until you pump your skill. You can upgrade on your own using documentation, online courses, webinars, etc.

1. Meet the requirements of the market
2. Convince the employer that he does not need the general requirements of the market.
there are no other options.

An acquaintance switched to Java - he says there now the value of personnel, at least with experience from a year, is very high.
You can actively learn this language at home for half a year, and then try to get a job as an intern / junior java.
PS They take not those who fit the requirements of the vacancy, but those who are liked. Think about it, maybe something in you just rejects employers (appearance, dullness, disappointment with life, etc.).

How I did.
The well-known site hh opens, look for a vacancy in your city, see the requirements:
1-Skill
2-Skill
3-Skill
And teach them.
Most often, employers have general requirements, that is:
the 1st employer requires:
1-
Skill 3-Skill
4-Skill
the 2nd employer requires:
2-Skill
4-Skill
Therefore, if you at least meet the selection criteria for 1 vacancy, consider the remaining 80% You are also suitable.
The main thing is to determine what you want to do.
As I saw in the question. You already have some knowledge in design, so open any vacancy you want to get, see what you need, make a list and teach.
Good luck to you)

Well, if you are a designer, be a designer.
Make a name for yourself like Artemy :) Orders will be heaps.
And be afraid to go to work, freelancing is better, because. All sorts of website designs are required not every day. Therefore, the offices that would need a website designer - well, very few or their level - a sharashka office.
It is better to work with many than with one.
+ The prices of freelancing and hired labor are quite interconnected, so if you expect to find more earnings as an employee, then I will rather disappoint you, the price order will be the same. In freelancing, we can be more free to choose.

I think you need to think about what you want to do, and not ask us about it.

I recently decided to leave freelancing, because. project prices have become extremely low, competition in this niche is extremely high.

Not so:
Beginners became like mud.
Therefore, they even stopped giving money for food.
There are only more and more jobs for the pros, and the prices for the labor of the pros are only rising.
In your case, yes, for teaching - a full-time office is better.
To have enough number of more experienced colleagues to have someone to learn from.
But unskilled, unfortunately, only small desks will be taken,
choose to have at least 1-2 colleagues.
Otherwise, in your own juice - you will not develop.
