Screen recording without end user permission. Legal?

Good afternoon colleagues. I work as a system administrator in one company, in the CC. We enter a new dialer. The functionality of the new dialer includes screen recording. Naturally, the bosses will not say anything about this to employees, and will actively use it.
And in principle there would be no problem (as well as this question) if we had only "office workers".
(Intra-corporate hardware, etc., etc., in general, put whatever you want ...)
But we still have a bunch of remote workers who sit and work on their personal computers. Naturally, no one also notified them that their screen would be recorded during working hours (while the dialer client is open). It was not mentioned anywhere in the contracts either. Can there be any consequences for the organization? Is this action legal? Thank you.

As far as I know TK, at the workplace during working hours, employees can both film and record their screen - you do not need to additionally warn them and ask permission. Their signature in a standard employment contract is sufficient.
With regard to telecommuters, I think there are no such judicial precedents yet, but most likely it is also possible, because during the performance of duties under the TC, a person loses his right to refuse to shoot according to the TC (there is no privacy during working hours).
